Ruth Cox is a member of Southgate Church that moved to Burkina Faso, West Africa in 2000 to help found, manage and pioneer orphanage and evangelistic work in Yako. Ruth works under the covering of Sheltering Wings Ministry and has a long history with many in the body at Southgate.
A school, a milk program, adoption opportunities, sponsorship plans and short term missions projects are all part of the overall thrust of Sheltering Wings under Ruth's leadership in Burkina Faso.
