Steve and Carolyn are St. Louisans serving the Lord with 'Global Messenger Service' in India! There main vision is to take what they've learned about cell ministry and teach it to pastors and church leaders in India.  In 1997 they joined Global Messenger Service and moved to Madras, India and have been strengthened by the Lord to train cell group leaders in 23 of the 28 states in India.

God has recently opened doors into nearby Sri Lanka. Their ministry involves training leaders and cell church planting projects. In addition to their general focus, the Chulicks spend time supporting national pastors and ministering in leper colonies.
