| Vic has been an elder/pastor at Southgate Church for fifteen years. Vic was part of Victory Fellowship (now Southgate Church) "since the beginning"! Vic's primary role is topical direction and preaching. | Responsibilities
Quite a few. Topical direction, staffing and meetings for staff. Elder and staff retreats. Preaching, and preaching schedules. Oversees office staff, finances, small groups, and KOV. Family

|  Joe LoRusso | Joe has been an elder/pastor at Southgate Church since Rivers of Life Church merged with Victory Fellowship in May 2008. (Joe served as one of the pastors at Rivers of Life Church since 1982. He became Senior Pastor of Rivers of Life in 1986.) | Responsibilities Joe is responsible for the Prophetic ministry, Care Ministry, Ministry teams, Media and Missions. Family

Some Jr. College too many F's in English Composition - thought why whould I need that! Ministry training: On the job training by Bob Mckee, Ruth McKee Vann and Hobart Vann and the Holy Spirit, learned to discern good and evil thru much practice. Prophetic Worship, Family dinners, Old movies, Christmas, Feast of Tabernacles, Soccer (soccer keeps moving down on the list!) A random thought Hebrews 11:6* And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. Being a realist is really unbelief - faith is seeing what is yet not real - which is easier to have?

| Kevin has been an elder/pastor at Southgate Church since 2000. Kevin's primary role is working with the worship teams, overseeing the benevolence ministries, pastoral care and leading the church toward transformation. You'll often find Kevin in the hallway meeting new people! | Responsibilities

My family is the most important thing in my life next to my relationship to Jesus. I've had the honor of being married to Sheila for over 25 years, and we have eight beautiful children. Joshua and Jonathan are married to wonderful ladies and Jacob is engaged to be married this Fall. Jesse is participating in an internship at IHOP - KC and those children still at home include Jacob, Rachel, Jeremiah, Rebekah and Judah. Education/Background

I came to Victory Fellowship (now Southgate Church) over 18 years ago because it was a body of believers that was committed to prayer, worship and a passionate life style of pursuing Jesus. These are the things that I still love about VF. Add to that all the wonderful people that have taught me so much by their love for the Lord, and their commitment to others. Quote Or Advice

I love to build houses. It was a great privilege to build two houses in the last five years with my sons. I love to spend time with Jesus in prayer and worship. I love Jane Austen movies. I love to vacation with my family. There is nothing like getting the family out of town, and just spending time with each other. A random thought
I believe that the Lord has powerful things in store for us to walk in over the next few years.
